The Indian School of Business (ISB) has partnered with the Bharti Airtel Foundation to launch a multi-year scholarship initiative for its Post Graduate Programme in Management for Young Leaders (PGPpro and YLP), aimed at expanding access to high-quality management education for talented students from diverse and underrepresented backgrounds.
As reported by The CSR Universe, the collaboration seeks to make ISB’s flagship leadership programme more inclusive and socially impactful, providing financial support and mentoring to students who show exceptional promise but may face economic barriers to pursuing advanced business education.
Under this initiative, scholarships will be awarded annually to deserving candidates admitted to ISB’s Young Leaders Programme (YLP) — a deferred admission pathway that allows outstanding college students to secure a place in the ISB PGP early, gain professional experience, and return for their MBA after two years of work.
The partnership reflects a shared vision between ISB and Bharti Airtel Foundation to promote equitable access to management education and nurture the next generation of ethical and socially aware business leaders. The Foundation, known for its educational and digital inclusion initiatives, will also contribute to mentorship activities and leadership development workshops as part of the programme.
Speaking about the initiative, representatives from both institutions noted that the collaboration will strengthen India’s leadership pipeline by supporting capable young professionals who embody innovation, integrity, and social responsibility.
More details about the PGP Young Leaders Programme and the scholarship’s eligibility criteria are available on ISB’s official website.
